Returns & Refunds

We offer a 48-hour return window, meaning you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your item.

Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective items. Shipping delays due to carrier issues are outside our control and do not qualify for returns.

To be eligible for a return:

  • unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags.
  • receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies based on the item’s price and quantity.

To initiate a return, email us at Crownedbeautybyade@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions.

Unapproved returns or items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

These units are handcrafted to your specifications (including sizing and customizations), and therefore non-refundable. Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will vary based on the value and quantity of returned items.

Refunds will not be issued for orders placed last minute that still fall within the stated fulfillment timeframe.
